Features and Solutions for Scheduling Programs

Is your schedule getting too large to handle? Do you need to break your schedule into subprojects? You are venturing into the area of master and subprojects. You need to deal with the handoffs between the subprojects, the cross-project links. The larger your program, the more cross-project links you will have and the harder it is to identify your program critical path. We will explore what tools to use when your program has up to 1,000 tasks, up to 50,000 tasks, or more than 50,000. We will discuss the ins and outs of Microsoft Project features and of some vendor solutions.
